Website enquiries
When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address and project message. You can also provide your address and the service you are interested in. We use this information to review your enquiry, contact you and discuss your project.
How enquiries are processed
Our enquiry form sends your information to an automated workflow managed through n8n. The workflow saves your submitted information in Google Sheets before the form confirms receipt. An Anthropic service then helps classify enquiries for spam detection. Selected enquiries are added to the qualified enquiry record and routed to the team through email notifications.
Website analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand website visits and interactions, such as service-page views and quote or contact actions. Analytics events added by this website do not include the contents of your name, email, phone, address or project-message fields.
